Where your parcel comes from

Fulfillment Address

Every order is packed and dispatched from one fulfillment centre, and every authorized return travels back to that same address. It is not the same address as our registered corporate office, and the two are set out separately below so there is no doubt about where to send something.

How a parcel travels

  1. You place an order. It reaches the fulfillment centre at 5071 Ball Rd #4026, Cypress, CA 90630 and is picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday.
  2. The parcel is handed to the carrier and you receive a tracking number by email. Transit usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
  3. Standard ground shipping is included in the listed price of every order. There is no separate delivery charge and no minimum order value. Orders are accepted and shipped within the United States only.
  4. If you need to return it, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date your order was received. Contact us first for an authorization, then send it to the fulfillment address above.

Why there are two addresses

Pure Serenity Shop LLC is registered at 4555 E 3rd St Ste 7 PMB 109, Los Angeles, CA 90022. That is the legal home of the company and where formal correspondence should go. Physical goods are handled somewhere built for it — a warehouse with staff, stock and carrier collections — which is why parcels and returns use the Cypress address instead. Sending a return to the registered office delays the refund, because the parcel has to be forwarded before it can be inspected.
