How to use the set

Two minutes in the microwave, keep the cover on, and let it sit for about fifteen minutes. The flaxseed holds heat longer than gel alone.

Gel packs for quick hot or cold
Warm in 30-second steps in the microwave, or chill in the freezer. The four-pack means you can rotate.

Wrap for hands-free use
Fasten the strap and move around. The wrap stays in place while you get on with your evening.

Wash the covers, keep the fills dry
Cotton covers machine wash. Gel inserts and the heat pad stay dry — wipe them clean only.
