How to use the heat pad
Two minutes in the microwave, the cover stays on, and the warmth lasts about fifteen minutes. That is the whole product.

Two minutes, then test
Microwave for two minutes and test it on the inside of your wrist before it goes anywhere near your face or sensitive skin. If it is too warm for a wrist, it is too warm.

Keep the cover on
The cotton cover is what protects you from a burn and what contains the flaxseed. Never remove it.

Mould it to the spot
The pad is pliable enough to fold or drape across a shoulder, the lower back, a knee or the middle. Let the shape of the body decide the shape of the pad.

Fifteen minutes is enough
The pad stays warm for about fifteen minutes and there is no benefit to reheating it immediately. Leave it to cool fully before the next use.
