About this product
A sealed gel pack sewn into a brushed fabric cover with an adjustable elastic strap and hook-and-loop closure. Warm it in a microwave for a minute or leave it in the freezer — the gel stays pliable at both temperatures, so it moulds to a shoulder, the lower back, a knee or across the middle.
The strap runs through two fabric channels and closes on a wide hook-and-loop panel, which means you can fasten it and still move around rather than holding a pack in place with one hand. The cover unzips and goes in the washing machine; the gel insert stays out of the wash and is wiped clean instead.

Using it
How to use the wrap
Warm or cold, the strap holds it in place and the sleeve protects your skin. Those two things are what make it usable.

Keep the cover on
Never apply the gel insert directly to bare skin. The fabric cover is what protects you from a burn or a scald, warm or cold.

Warm in 30-second steps
Take the insert out of the cover, lay it flat in the microwave and warm it in 30-second bursts. Knead between steps. Never more than 90 seconds total.

Cool in the freezer for two hours
Lay it flat. It stays pliable, so it will mould to you straight out of the freezer. You can leave it there between uses.

Fasten the strap, then move normally
The hook-and-loop panel is wide enough to hold it snugly but not tightly. You should be able to slide a finger underneath. Do not sleep in it.
