About this product
A wide lumbar support belt with a reinforced back panel that sits across the lower spine and two adjustable front straps that let you tune the tension. The wide panel is the point: it distributes pressure across the lower back rather than concentrating it in one place, and the double strap means you can tighten one side more than the other if your back is not perfectly symmetrical.

Fasten both straps at a tension that feels supportive. If one side needs to be tighter than the other, the independent straps let you do that without the belt twisting.
